- Prepared for dispatch: we ship orders within 2 business days.
- On its way: we will email your tracking information after shipment.
- Delivered to you: follow your parcel using the tracking link.
We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Chile.
Delivery times by destination
All times below are estimated business days after dispatch. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for order processing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping fees
Standard shipping is US$9.95 for orders under US$79 after discounts, or free on orders of US$79 or more after discounts. Expedited shipping is US$19.95 where available in the United States, Canada and Australia.
Tracking and delivery updates
Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check its progress. If you cannot find the email or need help with an update, contact support@nearheld.com with your order number.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, customs processing and peak periods may affect arrival times. Available shipping services and final charges are shown at checkout.
