What is NEARHELD?
NEARHELD is an independent online jewelry brand operated by Smart Lazy LLC.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary by design and are stated on each product page. Our first necklace uses a 925 sterling silver base, moissanite, and a prong setting. The gold-color option is finished with 14K gold plating over 925 sterling silver.
Is moissanite a diamond?
No. Moissanite is a gemstone distinct from diamond. We identify it as moissanite wherever it is used.
Will my order include a GRA report?
If a GRA report is included with a product, this will be stated on that product page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Hangzhou, China within 2 business days. We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Chile.
Estimated transit after dispatch: U.S. standard 8–15 business days or expedited 3–8; U.K. standard 3–5; Canada standard 6–12 or expedited 5–7; Australia standard 6–12 or expedited 4–7. All ranges are in business days. For Chile, contact us for a delivery estimate.
Standard shipping is US$9.95, or free on orders of US$79 or more after discounts. Expedited shipping is US$19.95 where available in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Processing time is additional. How can I track my order?

Can I return an item?
You may request a return by emailing support@nearheld.com within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Please review our Shipping & Returns page before sending anything back.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes. Our jewelry is waterproof and can be worn during everyday showers. Gently dry it with a soft cloth afterward.
How should I care for my jewelry?
After showering, gently dry your jewelry with a soft cloth. Remove it before swimming or exercising. Avoid direct contact with household cleaners, perfume, and lotion. Store each piece separately in a dry place. See Materials & Care for full guidance.
