1. About these terms
NEARHELD is operated by Smart Lazy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registration ID 2025-001722804. These terms explain the use of nearheld.com and purchases made through our store, which is hosted by Shopify. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy before ordering.
2. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement where you live. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or submit fraudulent orders.
3. Products and information
Materials, finishes, stone details, dimensions, and available options are described on each product page. Moissanite is a gemstone distinct from diamond. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a product.
4. Prices, payment, and orders
Prices are shown in the currency identified on the store. Review your selected options, quantity, shipping charges, taxes, and order total before submitting your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. If an error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge a different price without your agreement.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from Hangzhou, China. Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need to correct an address or request an order change, contact support@nearheld.com as soon as possible so we can check the order status.
6. Returns, refunds, and product concerns
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-day request period, item condition requirements, return authorization, shipping costs, and refund process. Contact us before sending any return. If a product is damaged, incorrect, or develops a problem, email us with your order number and photos so we can review it. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.

The NEARHELD name and website content belong to Smart Lazy LLC or their respective rights holders. Do not use protected content without permission or another lawful basis. External sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices; review those when you use them.

9. Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law. This choice does not remove any mandatory consumer protections available under the law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
10. Updates and contact
