Orders ship from Hangzhou, China. We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Chile. Available shipping services and charges are shown before you pay.

Shipping fees
Standard shipping is US$9.95 for orders under US$79 after discounts, or free on orders of US$79 or more after discounts. Expedited shipping is US$19.95 where available in the United States, Canada and Australia.
Tracking and delivery details
Tracking information is emailed after your order ships. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. For a delivery question or address correction, email support@nearheld.com with your order number.
Customs and import charges
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless explicitly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
30-day returns and exchanges
To request a return or exchange, email support@nearheld.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending an item. Contact us to confirm the return destination. The business mailing address shown on this website is not a returns address.
Return shipping costs
Unless an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Incorrect or damaged items
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, email support@nearheld.com promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when the item supplied is incorrect or arrives damaged.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
